SNN² does not parachute in. We select from the community, train for the long haul, and hand over ownership.

Selection & feasibility
Applicants who have completed grade 11 or 12 apply with a non-refundable R1000 fee. SNN² interviews, scouts locations for sanitation and security, secures the lease, and installs signage.

22-month training & mentorship
Trainee caregivers deliver the SNN² curriculum while SNN² accredits, supervises and manages the school — every worksheet, every rhyme, every parent meeting.

11-month observation
Direct supervision softens. Caregivers make more of the decisions. SNN² watches, coaches and course-corrects.
- 04
Ownership & accreditation
Caregivers take full ownership of a working preschool inside their own community. 10% of earnings return to SNN² for ongoing quality monitoring.
